Windows 7 Start Menu Redirection First menu Empty

Hey Everyone,

First post so take it easy on me.

I am setting up a group policy to redirect everyon's Start menu to the same place. I have this working fine in XP but we are using the "Force Classic" setting.

I want to use the standard Start Menu in Windows 7 but when I redirect the files the first menu is blank but clicking on "All Programs" shows my stuff.

I've attached pictures of the problem.

I have Ideas about this, but I'm sure I'm not the first person to have this happen.

Any Ideas?
