Currently I have the option of doing two things:
Redirecting My documents to one folder and desktop to another folder; (Via two separate GPO's
or
Redirecting my docs and desktop to the same root share, and allowing the system to create the different user folders under the same root. (Via one GPO)

What are the pros and cons of each choice (i.e Best practice)
