I recently installed AGPM Server and client on an SBS 2003 server.
Whenever I request changes to a GPO the workflow successfully enters pending nut the notification email fails. Both the To: and From: email accounts are valid. Here is the error:

Notify Administrator of pending requests...Failed

[Error] Could not access 'CDO.Message' object. Exception has been thrown by the target of an invocation. The transport failed to connect to the server.
