Roaming Profiles

Hi!
I've got a couple of users whos roaming profiles are hanging at logoff with an error related to the temporary internet files. If I enable "Exclude directories in roaming profiles" in their gpo, is this directory excluded or do I have to add it when I enable the policy? (I guess I'm confused by the description that states History, Local Settings, Temp & Temporary Internet files are by default excluded)

Hi Mari,

You shouldn't have to set a GPO to exclude those folders, they are not included in a roaming profile.

That policy setting is only if you want to exclude any other folders.

I'm not sure why you would be getting an error. What is the message you are seeing?
