Thread: Writng in specific folder within profile

    We having starnge problem while GPO policy try to write into folder withi romiang profile.
    We want to specify proxy setting and while we did not have roaming profile it worked fine.
    As soon as we implimented RP we cano not create file
    \\Server1\usrprofs\user_name\Application Data\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Custom Settings\Custom0\install.ins
    For users who's account had been created before and that data just transfered everything works. But not for newly created users (after RP implementation).
    gpresult sad plicy "Web Proxy" had been applied.

    A userenv log might yield an error to pursue.

    After you enable the log. Rename any current userenv.log to userenv.bak.

    Log in as the affected user, then log back out.

    Log in as an administrator, turn off the logging and post the userenv contents here.
