Proxy Settings

i have some laptops out there my company gives to salesman. I need to be able to force those laptops to use the proxy server. Now i noticed that in the user settings i can force a proxy setting but i need ANY user that logs onto these laptops to be forced through the proxy. I have to do this thorugh GPO because if not they will go uncheck the proxy settings...

I have a UI for laptops and i dropped my test laptop in there. from there i have the gpo that i want to use applied.

any ideas from there?
