Exempt from the Domain Default User Profile

I have a group of computers that I would like NOT to use our domain's default user profile, but instead pull from the local machine's default user profile. I have tried denying access to those computers to just the Default User folder out in the Netlogon share of the DCs.

Is there a way to "exempt" user or computer accounts from using the default domain profile?

I thought I stated my goal... Exempt a group of computers from using the default user profile stored on the domain controllers, and instead use the local default user profile... Forgive me if that doesn't make sense...
