How do I configure my Terminal Server or rather the GPO to allow the use of Outlook & the pst file that resides in my Windows roaming profile,

Curently when Im using a Terminal server application & I try to send an email via it the Outlook that runs on the TS complains it cant find the .pst file. Presumably because Im using the Terminal Server Roaming Profile & not my own roaming profile.

    Many thanks

We got rid of roaming profiles at all, so we have no such problems. We configured our terminal server user's environment with desktop authority (scriptlogic.com).
You should take a look at this tool - you will be able to perform folder redirection, map printers, configure outlook profiles & set the location of pst files and many other things. All these settings can be applied to users according to a wide range of criteria, for example: client name, client ip, application name, user's device.
