Since I just found this site and had a few questions Ill throw another one out there. We have terminal servers in most of our schools and the teachers are using Outlook as their email client. We have decided to backup up the local profiles on the server to backup their email/favorites/Desktop files but when we reimage a terminal server, we need to login every single teacher and copy over their old profile to get them to function properly again. Is there an easier way to restore the backed up profiles back to the newly imaged server?

don't store them on the terminal server but on another fileserver
use roaming or better still redirection
also policy the server to not keep locally cached copies
