We've currently got roaming profiles (with folder redirection on MyDocs) running in one of our offices. however some users have been reporting "problems" with syncing their PDA's. Information is really sketchy at the moment though so I'm doing some research before I head on over next week.

Has anyone implemented roaming profiles and PDA's successfully before? any hints / tips?
