Here is the code for a custom adm file to enable / disable the full path in the address bar.

Similarly the value "FullPath" can be set to 1 to set the Full Path to be shown in the Title bar - this can be useful since it is a short version of the Title Bar which is used for the tabs on the Taskbar, so you can quickly see which one relates to what.
