Domain Wide Client GPO Processing Reports

I need to develop a way/purchase a tool that will scan a group of machines, determine if GPOs are processing correctly, then output the results to a CSV or xls file. Anyone aware of how to get this done?

What about running gpresult or using a powershell script using Get-GPResultantSetOfPolicy, unfortunately using powershell you can only export the data into HTML and XML, but if you have some scripting experience you should be able to extract the data from the XML.
