I apologize if this is the wrong place to post. I modified our account lockout policy for our domain to lock accounts at five invalid attempts with 30 minutes lockout time. Since then, random instances of account lockout on the first attempt is happening within our domain, even after gpupdate and gpresult is run at the command prompt. also, if i have multiple instances of RDP running on my login, and i close out an RDP session and open another, my domain admin account comes up as locked out. I have a custom GPO that is taking precedence over the Default GPO.

any ideas about what is wrong with this picture?
