Can anyone please help me out to resolve this problem

On my desktop from office which has Windows Vista, I started to have the same problem like our manager on his laptop. He also has Vista Business on his laptop.

I am using my desktop PC to copy backups from SQL server and burn t DVD’s and now my Windows firewall blocking the access from the SQL server. Also I cannot change the settings, because it says the domain group policy is controlling the settings (Windows 2003 Server). I implemented no Group Policy on servers.

I am administrator and I already logon with Administrator too. One more thing, I implemented no Group Policy on the Servers but still I am getting this problem. It starterd with my boss laptop and now I am getting same problem on my deskop too.
