So let's say that I have successfully disabled a users control panel, but then I am called to the users computer to perform some troubleshooting and need to access the control panel. How do I access it in this scenario?

The other sceanrio would be is I have disabled one of the .cpl's (computer management) per say and when I reach the computer I will need to access it but when I perform a ctrl shift right click I do not get the 'run as' command'.

Any help would be much appreciated.
