We have just recently discovered a need to apply a computer group policy object at a site level. The ID that am running as is a domain admin, but I do not have access to assign the policy at the site level.

Does anyone know how I would go about getting this ID security to add things to the site level?

As a side note, if I open the "AD Sites and Services" console, the ID has no security to delegate control for this either.
