I can't generate the settings report once I've imported my settings from ie7. It displays the following message:

"An error occurred while generating report:
An unknown error occurred while the HTML report was being created"

But the policy seems to work.

If you install the "Internet Explorer Enhanced Security Configuration" windows component, then re-import the ie7 settings the report does generate, but when you get to the ie settings it says:

"These settings will only apply to users when they log on to computers that have the Internet Explorer Enhanced Security Configuration enabled."

This means that anyone without Internet Explorer Enhanced Security will not get the policy settings.

Can anyone help me with this problem or tell me where I'm going wrong.
