Ok, maybe this is were page 7 comes in. Under the "folling graphic" there is the "one giant caveat." So does the Computer High Security OU get applied also?
Ok call me dense.... Ok you can stop now...
When Dave travels from Ca. to Del. and use's Adam's workstation, his (i.e. Dave's) user GPO's are dictated from the Del. Site, the Corp.com domain, and the HR OU. What happens to the High Security OU settings on AdamsPC for Dave? I know a User and a Computer are different resources, but I am still very gray on many issues, since I am only on page 12.Patience with my brethern!!!!

Any computer policies linked to the HR OU and any linked to the High Security OU will apply to Adam's machine. This takes effect at startup.
Then, whoever logs on will be afected by these policies. Even if a user setting conflicts with the machine setting, the machine setting will take precedence.
So yes, any High Security policies on the HS OU will be applied when Dave logs on.
