I downloaded sample of the 6th edition from Amazon on the Kindle for PC and started reading it.

I ran into a problem with the following:

Table 1-1: The Major Categories of Group Policy

It cannot be read because it is too small. One of the reviews says that a lot of the diagrams and graphics did not show up very well.

Is there a way to download the problem diagrams and graphics in a different format (image or .pdf) so it can be viewed on a computer? If not, does the paperback edition come with a CD that has the .pdf edition on it?
