Jeremy, in the chapter "Starter GPOs" you mention an issue with delegation control of Starter GPOs.
I just tried my first steps with that stuff and though I can add accounts within delegation tab, they have not access.
Neither to create new Starte GPOs nor to edit existing ones. In fact, there are no granular permissins that can be managed here...

Do you have any news on that?
Is that still a bug?
If yes, is it addressed to Microsoft and is there a statement from them?
